i got an ST about 2 months ago on finance (only option as i couldnt get a loan at the time). Finance is ok i suppose but im looking to take a loan out in about 6 months to pay off the finance so the car is mine.
Im insured with endsleigh for £1000 fully comp with £200 excess, 1 year no claims, for a 23 year old living in a high crime area.
You should try and get the insurance under a family member it would be cheaper.

Thanks for the replies peeps - got alot of good advice from you all. As one of the members mentioned, i think its probably wise to buy a Zetec-S untill im over the age of 21. i appreciate that jumping from a 1.0 litre to a 2.0 litre is pretty risky and yeah the insurance would be robbery. Plus the Zetec-S's are nice little cars as well.

Cheers again :-)
