heres another pet hate the driver in the middle or outside lane on his own tootling along with no other traffic around him
yes same over here! they stay on the middle lane all the time and need to accelerate to overtake!

Or people who don't look at roundabouts and just drive out infront of you. Happens to me all the time. I seriously believe that 50% of drivers on the road in Britain don't know how to "work" a roundabout. YOU GIVEWAY TO YOUR RIGHT!!!! Flipside of the coin is that the amount of times I pull up to a mini-roundabout and there is a person to my right, who got there before me, sitting, waiting, for me to go (!). Learn how to drive, lol...

haha, what a badly designed clump of roundabouts. I'll tell ya'... some people just WOULD NOT cope with that. But it's a bit extreme, in terms of roundabouts, lol!

well i checked my tyre pressure at the petrol station and my fronts were both at 17!!!! and the rear were all over the place at around 20-23.
Surely the guys at the ford garage should know better than to under inflate tyres.
anyways tyres are pumped up the car handles much better!

most manufacturers seem to set tyre pressures to bias the car for understeer. probably because most drivers can't handle oversteer to save their lives.

how should i go about setting my tyre pressures if i want a more tail happy, oversteery car?
Higher at the front and lower at the back is generally the way to go for less understeer - but bear in mind that going too far from the manufacturer recommended pressures could lead to all sorts of other problems such as instability at speed and under braking, and uneven tyre wear, not to mention being illegal. IF you did spin it and the law found the pressures seriously out of spec, you could find yourself in all sorts of trouble and possibly uninsured to boot! 0.1 or 0.2 bar either way is the max I personally would go. It won't make a huge difference, but I feel happier for it.
