You had anything through the post about that yet?
I presume cos you're saying you're insured with your parents then
the car is in their name. What will they say?

I did a little searching for quotes over the weekend and the best I could find was £1039.46 and that was with Direct Line they were £300 cheaper then elephant. Bare in mind I am 20 with 3 yrs no claims so I was happy

I have just signed up for my new insurance with elephant. £880, which i dont think is bad at all for someone at 20!

how??
i'm 22 and with elephant it was going to be that! i have 2 years no claims bonus and had been driving for 4 1/2 years at the time. oh and i have exterior decorative changes added to the policy also. however i'm with admiral now cos it was a few £s cheaper!

Well I have been building up that speedy no claims over here in germany so i have 4 years ncb. When you say you've added exterior decorative changes, does that mean your stripes? Because I didnt put those down on the policy. Does that matter?
I never understand the way insurance companies arrive at their figures, i swear its just a random number picked

i found them expensive when i went to renew my policy. I found Adrian flux the cheapest with my mods declared came to £375 fully comp protected no claims was well happy with it till my mate smashed his modded focus up he spent £25,000 on thats also insured with Adrian Flux and is having a nightmare claiming of them think they offered him about £6,000 for it. Sort of wish stayed with Tesco now
