Happened to mine last year, exactly the same. Disconect the power to the radio then when you reconect should work fine. Mines been fine ever since and that was about 8mths ago.

All i did with mine was pull the fuse waited about a minute then when I put it back in all was working. Dont forget you will need your radio code when you reconnect.

The 1st time that happened to mine Ford reset it for me then about 6 months latter it stopped again....when it went in for the new GEM to sort the alarm & flickering lights they failed to sort it...took 2 more visits b4 it was fixed and it had to have a reprogram and a new storage module
