Hi folks,

I've seen separate topics concerning both the Green Induction Kit and the K&N Induction Kit. I'm very interested in buying an induction kit for my ST but I'm confused as to which is better/more effective?

Any links as to where is best to purchase either from (i.e best priced website) would be much appreciated.

Not a lot matey. Mostly it seems to be personal preference. There is a slight gain in extra BHP apparently with that trophy going to the K&N. I also believe the Green doesnt come with any cold air feed pipes like the K&N but a fair amount of people havent fitted the cold air feed pipes with the K&N anyway. The K&N seems to fit better aswell. In terms of how they look for me it would be Green every time. I dont have an ST though so im only passing on what I've read.

Green looks better, sounds better
K&N *MUCH* better fit, comes with cold air feeds (Green doesnt), better build quality.

According to the performance reviews, K&N slightly more BHP, but imo nothing in it - both gave good performance improvements.

I had both, i've ran both for over a week. Like Stu says, personal preference. I stuck with the K&N in the end, mainly because I liked the sticker :P

Thanks for the replies. Much appreciated. Hopefully I'll be buying this sometime this week, along with stripes soon (my car is naked at the mo).

Where's the best place to buy the K&N from?
