You know in america they don't have roundabouts..... I scared the crap ouuta a guy who came over for work as the whole concept was new to him!

Yes I think thats correct, they have that "priorite a droite" rule. Strangely enough there is one on my way to work where at one junction traffic going round has to give way to traffic entering it from the main road.

no not exactly true!! u do have "priorite a droite" on road but then again not all of them!!some have give way or a stop sign! as for roundabout u use to give way to car coming from the right but not anymore! know its car coming from the left! difficult I know!

Just been working this out. In France with driving on the right, you'll go round anticlockwise so that sounds like its the same as here now ie. traffic waiting to go on has to give way to traffic thats already going round.
