they r both ace systems, i think powerflow might be abit cheaper but dont quote me on that, just shop around and have alook, ring a few companies up and get can they do a deal for u. dont ask u dont get!

yeah i will have to sace a bit after cash after today and then get some quotes for the exhaust

i think u got robbed abit there paying £350
£120 for the srpings £95 for the induction
so they charged u £130 for fitting all that?

induction kit i did, a kid could of changed it, not to hard 10-15 mins tops, i got charges £40 for fitting my springs!
my local kwik fit didnt it as a cash in hand job, less than an hour i waited

You can always have the Milltek resonated back box instead of the normal one. A friend has that fitted and its noteably quieter than a "normal" Milltek system. If you go with someone like Powerflow you can always specify what you want and have that secondary silencer (on a standard ST see the tail pipe, back box and then go back towards the middle of the car & there's a box there) that all the other aftermarket kits seem to have missing! I know my old Milltek did.
