I think its a fair write up. The ST is never going to stand a chance against a 20vT in a staright drag race. Anybody who thinks the ST is a fast car is quite frankly wrong - its quick, for a fiesta but it excels on the B-roads.

yes, its a fiesta with a 2.0l mondeo engine, but its also not far off the weight of a mondeo too! The Mondeo won't be far off the pace in a drag race, but put them side by side on a twisty B road and you'll see the difference!

Oh - what's wrong with Fiat's build quality?!? I thought all Italian engineering was well regarded for reliability
