From my end I think the easiest place to meet up would be outside of the Howgate Hotel where Gareth and ChrisSuss are stopping. That way it would be dead easy for everyone coming up since it would simply be (from Scotts) M6, A66 then A595, and the hotels right off the side of the A595 a couple of mile outside Whitehaven.
