Hello - I'm new here and looking for some advice.

I have a 09 Facelift ST150, that I'm building into a track day toy.

So far I've already treated it to a full Milltek system, along with the usual things like Coilovers and service items along with putting it on a serious diet.

Next on my list is Cams. Right now I have access to two sets of cams - either Newman PH2's or Cosworth 220's.

I'd be interested to hear people's thoughts who have run either of these cams. Specifically on the Cosworth 220's if you fitted upgraded valve springs, and more generally which cam I should focus on fitting first. I'll likely be going the Dreamscience route for mapping in time if that helps.

Whilst the car is currently road legal, I'm not too concerned about daily driver drive-ability (or lack of!) I have other cars, So it's literally for getting to/from the track and shakedown.

many people do fit cosworth cams and no issues other than loss of low down pull, which won't be an issue for the track and once remapped either, far as I know, think Newman/Cosworth are one and same, Newman may make cams badged for cosworth.

Are they fitting the 200 or 220 spec cams though?
