Any chance of making a lo-fi version of this website for use on mobiles? I look at another forum (football related), and they have a "lo-fi" website which you can post on but can read all the topics etc. It loads up nice and quickly on your phone (as opposed to the full blown version you look at on PC's).

Dont know how easy/hard this is to do though?

I'll answer this with "lol" for the time being.

I simply don't have the time to keep check of this site atm let alone implement mobile friendly options.

Once my degree is over and i'm out of Uni into a Job etc, i'll have more time do to things such as this.

On the other hand... your more than welcome to do it for me

I have often browsed the site on my mobile. It loads up fine as it is...
Just avoid threads with a number of pictures and it's all good

I have heard this same opinion before...

I don't use my phone to browse the net as I think it's a waste of time and effort unless you wish to find something out at the heat of a moment.

It would be very very difficult to implement the forum onto a phone in any better way than currently available but saying that when I make the new .com site I shall make sure I bare this in mind for the content available on there which will be very useful indeed.

It is a nice idea, but as Scott said it would be very difficult to do. I do sometimes access the site off my mobile if I'm needing to keep an urgent check on something, and although I agree it can be a little slow for obvious reasons, it is ok.

In the scale of things, with other jobs needing done, in my workspeak I'd currently rate it as P600 (nice to have).

Thank you for the suggestion however as they are always welcome.
