Hi

I cant seem to get my phone to work with the car bluetooth. I have looked through the manual but its rubbish! It says you have to bond the phone to the car but it doesnt say how to do it. If i get my phone to search for bluetooth devices it doesnt find the car...any ideas?

Make sure "BT on" is showing in the main menu on the radio then find the car with your phone.

I can't remember what the pair code is now sorry, it's in the book

the code is 0000 if you press the phone symbol on 6006 radio and keep selectng to see which phones are bonded, you may have to debond all the phones on the memory and then search for the bluetooth on your phone. what phone have you got?

BT on is in the deep menu, you have to press and hold the menu button.

Sorry, yes. Bluetooth is still an option, but it's easier to set up/use than with the 6000CD

If the radio just mutes when you press the phone button that means you haven't got bluetooth or it's not configured in the GEM or it's packed up.

Yep just looked in the audio manual and it's listed as the mute...
