Both are at fault though because it could of been avoided, Very lucky that the Green ST's decission to pursue his speed ended up with him staying on the track though Very risky stuff.

Watching at 00:05secs just looked like after a bad decission he wanted to finish the guy off in the white St and directed his car into the barrier.
