it is expensive but I think having it done from the word go is certainly the most economical way of going about it, having 3 years warranty is a good thing no doubt.
It'd be no point buying the kit when your car is 3 years old obviously.
W3dal do they rolling road it for you to certify the car has at least 165? It'll be really interesting to know the 0-60 on the same car standard, with the 165 and then the 185, that is the bit I'd be most interested in - wonder if anyone has done this?
Certainly sounds like the 165 kit is the best for daily driving, a high bhp is useless if it's delivered at the wrong point.
Your car is looking great btw and the main thing is you're happy with the mod
i brand new car will never reach the full 148BHP 150PS as the engine is so tight and that was confirmed at a RR day we held at TOTD last month ( was in performace ford last month)
They will RR my car for me when im ready - at the moment it only has 700 miles on the car so gonna give it a while first.
I know for a fact one of the cars it RR'd did a 173 BHP on the rollers with the 165 kit.
Thanks
Dal
