OK - don't think I risk a ban anyway.... the top spped I was clocked at was 12kmph above the limit (72 in a 60) and this doesn't included the correction of -3kmph. So I'm actually being fined for 9kmph over or ~5mph.

I've also got to pay the fine dircetly to a dutch bank so will have to pay a £10 transaction fee

I tell you one thing..... the next time the Germans are invading Holland I for one will not be putting on a parachute and jumping to their aid!
