Meeting details will be sorted nearer the time once we all know who's going, but the most important one is that the tickets will be handed out at Cherwell Valley Services, just off Junction 10 of the M40, at around 8am.

I think for us we will have to have our tickets posted to us..

as were coming from northampton we are going to have to drive up a43 past silverstone to get to the services, if theres going to be alot of traffic restrictions might be diffcult.

What does everyone else think thats coming from this direction?

Im with Gary on that, a bit closer to the venue would be better as i am literally just round the corner i only have to go down the A5 to towcester take a right turn go along a couple of miles (abit in heavy traffic i imagine) and i'll be there
