maybe if you made people pay a non refundable deposit for the stand (the amount it costs for entry/the stand and divide by the amount of cars on it or maybe a tenner or something only returned if you turn up?) then you wouldn't get as many people backing out at the end? just a thought. and if anyones up for a stand at ford fair - i'll certainly come - ford fair is heaven!!!!
