165 has a buzziness from the manifold when you gun it, MR200's scooby like rumble drowns everything else out (Scooby sounds come from the exhaust whereas MR200 comes from the front inlet, no where near as loud as a scooby quite discreet but enough to turn heads if you want and with the benefit of tunes only on throttle), from low down really rumbles then as the revs go up this changes to an absolute singing wail but sounds fantastic, it's not a noisy intrusive noise you wouldn't like and were talking past 4500rpm. The low down scooby tunes are deeper and more relaxing to have in cabin than the buzz from 165. I can drive it and not make any noise whatsoever, probably closer to standard, noise just isn't an issue. I like to have a regular play around set speeds, at about 47mph in 5th, push your foot down and picks up here instantly

and just goes and the inlet growls very deeply, bang on it's torque there. Motorway last night 65mph, plant it, picks up fast and smack on 4500rpm suddenly you feel the cams kick harder

and inlet growls noticeable louder again

, just kept doing it for fun. I don't mind taking my parents shopping to Morrisons, three up, boot packed with food and even louder inlet tunes.

It does labour in gear slowing but not as bad as 185 and it's easy to drive around this.
Just no downside to MR200 at all

, think it's actually starting up better than 185 even when warm, 185 really does not like a warm start, it will pause like a flat battery for an instant before turning over several times, my MR200 is definitely better.
