This basically, the detailing spray has a small amount of wax in it so basically the more layers you put on the deeper the shine

Yes mate, my old boy has hardly driven it since then but its still gleaming. My car i washed today and the water ran straight off it with the jet wash before i had even washed it and it was bit dirty

I just have some snowfoam from cleanyourcar.co.uk but whats in the attachment is shampoo, i spray it on using that and then with a mit and clean water i wash it off

It's not a necessity, but i find after being shown to do it like that you're making less contact with the paintwork itself!
