My Fiesta is a reimported car, coming from Belgium, I suppose. So, unfortunately ESP is a feature that has to be paid extra(in my case 450,- Euros).



I have bought mine from a ford dealer in kent but the car actually arrieved their about a week and a half ago. they told me the factory was being really quick at the moment so maybe yours will arrive sooner than you think.
