Indeed, what a difference 24 hours makes!! In some ways it would have been good to see a battle up front, but the fact that we didn't see that certainly makes the championship more exciting now compared to how it was looking.

It is a shame that he's never even finished on the podium at the British grand prix. I would love him to win it one year, but if him and McLaren decide to go their seperate ways (whichever way round) you do wonder where he could go to, and I fear time could be running out for him to avoid joining a club with Graham Hill of being a Brit who won the World Championship but never won his home race. upset

It was a great race indeed. Loved the battle between Alonso and Vettel, and also the bickering from both of them over the radio, asking for the other to be reported to the stewards for going off the track. snigger Agree that Bottas did brilliantly to pull it back from where he started, Williams are definitely well on their way back after so long in the doldrums. And also agree that Hamilton had the pace to catch Rosberg had he continued.

Sooo many drivers came out with credit: Alonso, Vettel, Button, Bottas, Hamilton, even Massa for his evasive actiuon. thumbs
