Yeah, induction and exhaust is a good start. I don't think the particular brand really makes a lot of difference. Gains of about 10-15bhp with a full exhaust and induction.

k+n used to be the typical induction kit but they're gotten expensive now for what they are; a pod filter a hose elbow and a vent from the cam cover. Exhaust is probably best decided by your sound and volume preference.
