I need some help here.

I have just recieved my new mobile phone. Am i right here...

I have saved all of my numbers to the Sim card on my original phone.

Do i put the original sim card into my NEW phone first and copy the numbers to my new phone BEFORE i insert the NEW sim card and register it.

It won't matter mate, the numbers once on the sim card, will stay there until you delete them, so provided you are on the same network it won't make any difference

Well, that really depends on whether or not you have changed your number?

If they have sent you a new sim I would guess that you have a new number?
So probably best to use your new sim card as it has been provided.

But as you have the old sim car with all yor numbers, put it in yor new phone, and copy contacts from sim card to phone.

Then put in your new sim card and register it as required. Obviously you need to make sure you do the settings so that the phone reads from its own memory, as your new sim card will not have the numbers on it!

I thought that they only send you a sim card just incase it your first phone,

but if you already have a sim card (phone number) unless you want a new phone number you should not touch your new sim card

I would hope they know whether or not you had a phone with them previously!

Still, some of these people working in the call centres don't seem to really care what you have, so..

Unsure Tony, I have almost always allowed my number to change, hence had a new sim card.
