Not long got back and sorted, i'm off to Wales tomorrow.
The rest of the members carried on to Newquay..... an unhappy sight for me not being able to follow.
There will be a lot of posts and pics in the next couple of weeks of this meet, so here are just a few to start with....
A wet start, leading to sunshine and dryness = A GREAT DAY.
Take that as you may.
Here goes to start with.....
All meeting up at around 6.15am at Coleshill,
And soon on our way, sorry for the poor quality but as i said it started off verry wet.
Nearly there.
Gotta go to bed now, but keep watching. As i said, there will be some great pics up over the next couple of weeks.....
If thats not a good starter for the day, what do you think me and Micky thought sitting quite happily looking at the racing, when these guys suddenly appeared, without warning...

Great pics Kev. It was a really good day. I know what you mean about newquay. i left the convoy with a 100 miles left for them to go. So wanted to spend the week with them but other things happen. I'll get some pics up in the next few days

After a nice early start i set off to meet every one at Birmingham. Went 10 miles too far then got back on track and Craig appreared in my mirror. After going round the roundabout because i missed the turning i managed to go down the right road, whilst Craig went back down the M42.
Anyway here are the pics
The only decent moving pic i got on the way
This pulled up at the traffic lights, wasn't sure if i could beat the beast
We went and sat in the stands which is ok if you like heights. I don't by the way
Cossie powered fiesta losing it
AG Cossie powered focus.(the body kit cost's 12K)
White rs cossie for nick
+ it was for sale
And a RS200 for good measure
Spotless cossie. Want one so bad
Ford GT first time i seen in the flesh
Zetec s loosing it (still managed to get a pole in the shot)

The red arrows flew over. like kev said no warning just here are the red arrows over the pa
Pick up trucks racings. Few crashes but didn't manage to get any decent pics
Walking back decieded to get a pic of the stoc
And then a few pics of ours
Mine and Scottys cars were used to anchor the gazebow.
Thanks to the people that helped get my new sticker on
Scotty ran out of washer fluid. Managed to go a whole day without breaking down. Patric did say the water tasted like oil. Has Scotty got the curse?
And on the way down the M5 saw this
It was then time for me to head off home and every one else trecked down the next 100+ miles down to Newquay.
It was a brilliant day once the weather picked up. But even putting the gazebow up in the rain was funny. Lost count of the number of people that got water down the back of there tops
Here are a few more of the day and also some of my week in Wales...
Then the trucks with some all out action...
Check out the photographer (circled)...
'I aint staying here any longer!' he says to himself.
Scott noticed the flames popping out of this Cossie each time he came round.
Well it was soon time to go and i had to say goodbye to everyone as they set off for Newquay and i made my way back home to get ready to head off to Wales the next morning.
So the next morning i was on my way to Clarach Bay in Wales.
On the way i spotted this and had to stop for a couple of pics..
The roads on the way were amazing, being on my own with absolutely no traffic resulted in some great fun driving for me.
I stopped a couple of times on the way to take some snaps..
Finally reaching my destination and finding my wifes parked outside of our caravan.
There were a lot of leaflets of places to go and things do in the caravan and we decided on one that said 'Drive around the scenic upland reservoirs'. Not before giving the 's a wash in good old Newquay style.
Here are some pics on and around Rheidol Dam...
We then drove across the top of the Dam and this was what was on the other side...
Heading back i was confronted with this, phew, them horns could do some serious damage to my i thought as i slooowly went past him.
We went out each day to various places, one of which was this one...Has anyone heard of 'Jacobs Ladder' well this was it. At the bottom was a small bridge called 'Devils Bridge'. I have never ever in my life been down such a steep set of steps! Not liking heights i could'nt take a pic as i was white knuckling the safety bannister on the way down. ...
And at the bootom.....Devils Bridge, not much to look at seeing that i had filled my pants by this time
Well that was the end of our holiday and the sun finally set across the bay of Clarach....
Hope you enjoyed the pics as much as i enjoyed taking them.
