A small amount of 'T-Cut' will get rid of that, but rub it on and off verrry gently. And again wash and wax after.
I use diesel as a de-greaser and have had no problems with any paint work but I've not put into directly onto paintwork.... mainly just use it to de-gunge my bike chain and wheels.
