I lost the parcel shelf for my 2003 5 door fiesta (Ghia) and have been looking for a new one online.

I was informed by my Ford dealer that I needed MK6 parcel shelf which should be the 'newest style'. I found an ebay auction with a parcel shelf from an 05 fiesta which I thought would fit, but when it arrived I found it to be too small.

I got a sneaky suspission that the one I ordered may have come from a 3 door (was listed as coming from a 55 reg - so an '05 right, so it should have fit?). The ford dealer I called said that it shouldn't matter if it's 3 or 5 door, but didn't sound very confident. Upon looking on ebay again I now see listings for some 3 and 5 door models *rolleyes*

Can anyone confirm if there is a difference in the sizes or not so that I can order the correct one without paying a stupid amount at a Ford dealership?

I bought my 3 door fiesta from arnald clark, and it didnt have a parcel shelf in it, so i took it back and seen the salesman, he just went out on the forcourt and took one out of a 5 door fiesta and it fitted ok. Maybe you should ask somebody you know with another fiesta, if you can try there shelf in yours
