I've been more of a reader on this site than a poster and as I've been looking though everyones pictures of the their ST's and various other cars (which all look amazingly clean!) I haven't been able to spot any imperfections in the paintwork at all. I've been driving my ST for nearly 3 weeks now and my route to work is all through country lanes and villages, which apart from just getting my ST dirty, gravel etc of the roads is gradually chipping away the paint on my front bumper, bonnet, lower part of the doors and skirts.

Does everyone who owns an ST have spotless and perfect paintwork? Or do the marks and chips just not show up in the pictures?

If anyone has any advice on how I can try and prevent my paintwork from getting wrecked I'd be very grateful

i think they just dont show up cos i got a massive scratch on the strip under the boot n it never shows in pics lol also i know what u mean bout the gravel i live in the stick n thanks to a nice stone i have a masisive crack in my windscreen!

have plenty of chips stones on the bonnet! but don't see it on the pictures! but think thats a comment problem on any car!

It didn't seem to bother me too much on other cars I've had, but then my ST is the most expensive car I've had lol. Maybe I'm just being a bit picky then if everyone else has chips and can still get amazing pictures. I'll have to take some pics this weekend and see how they come out.

they shouldn't show on the car cos ur don't take the picture very close of ur car! take some and see what happen!
