Ok, first up I would like to thank everyone who came along today to the Renualt World Series, was great to meet you all and had a wicked time!

Not going to do any big write up, left my house at 7am, picked up my mate and set off for Coleshill, sat nav telling me I would be 15 mins late (9:15am) so I had to go a little faster, and made it by about 8:50! Only Victoria (plus Mike) were there. The others soon rolled into the car park, and after a few greetings, and having been taught how to use the CB transmitter thingies, we set off, for Maccy D's that is! We were there for ages, mainly because one of the staff there was only interested in their customers and kept giving the food out which should have gone to either Scott, Chris or I! Eventually we set off again to go to Donnington - Vicky left before any of us to get a head start

Then out of the blue showed up behind us!! Unfortunately some overheating problems, but seemed ok, as she was soon leading the pack! As was promised to me, things got a little tight where we all had to squeeze into tight spaces, as lanes were closed etc, and I think the funniest bit was when we were approaching Donnington, we pulled over to the side to make sure we were all together. Kev pulled back into the road at the back to let us all out, but some Audi (lets not swear now..) plumhead decided he wasn't having any of it and went into the wrong side of the road to get past Scott soon pulled back in front of him and as we went on, it came to this guy being behind Vicky, Scott alongside, and the rest of the Fiesta's coming up behind the Audi - I think he thought he was in for it at that moment!

Anyway, I said I wouldn't write up and have continued to ramble now... so I will shut up! We got into the park and after a few put stops, arrived in a good position to take some pics of the cars.

I tried to get some good action ones, but ended up with about 30% blank pictures (the cars were too quick!) and the rest not great. I am going to post up some of the better ones, I know they aren't brilliant but... tough

Hope there are some interesting ones, they are in chronological order as I am too tired to group any and can't be bothered writing captions - sorry!! I think they are fairly self explanatory though!

There are some good pics there JJ, as you say, it's a record of an event for you and us.

No matter what quality, in time to come you can look back on the pics you took of THIS event and say 'i was there, i took those pics', and remember the day.

Was great to meet you and your friend, thank YOU for coming, and really hope to see you at future meets.

It was really nice to meet you JJ & Co. I hope you enjoyed the day with us lot... The day was exactly a racing day and we had quite a bit of racing action this year... so happy about that

We got some really nice photos... espcially the guys with the SLR's... I need one!!!

Great pictures there, couldnt keep up with cars on mine so didnt take many only of cars stood still lol.
