Evening folks ;-)

I got my car from www.broadspeed.co.uk and got it on finance from some other guys I cant remember there name.

Who or where will it tell me when the car needs its service? If there is anything wrong will it be covered under the warranty in the first 12 months?

Do people know the answers to these questions or should I get reading all them papers I have signed?

Hi!

Your car will need a service after 12 months or 12500 miles, whichever comes first.
As for any problems, yes they will be covered by the warranty unless its a wear-and-tear item such as tyres, brake pads etc which have worn due to driving styles.
If it's a UK sourced car, you'll have 3 years/60000 miles warranty (provided you keep the car serviced when neccesary)and any Ford dealer can work on your car.

Yep, LocalFordDealer is right (funnily enough! lol).

Some dealers offer a "free" check-up after 1500 miles but its only really level and tyre checks so nothing which most of us couldn't do ourselves. I also bought my car pre-registered but its definitely got the full 3 year warranty.

How long did yours take to arrive Chris?

I have ordered from Broadspeed it has been a six week wait so far. Longest six weeks of my life!

I also ordered mine from Broadspeed SparkyMark, it was due to be delivered on May 14th, got a phone call on May 13th to tell me the dealer has put the date back until June 4th. I was gutted!! Not only that but i have arranged to get rid of my Fiesta Black, which is the car i have at the moment, so i will have to drive round in an R reg Fiat Punto until mine eventually comes. All this waiting cant be good for you!!

What colour and options have you gone for Greasemonkey?

Broadspeed has put me in touch with Fleetsave in Stoke, and a lady called Louise who is very helpful. Not sure which Ford dealer it is coming from though?
I have gone for Performance blue with no options apart from carpet mats. Got it for £11495 all in including transporter delivery to my house. All seems to be ok with them, its not their fault its taken so long is it, i think its the same wherever you order one from?
