Saturday:

People will be arriving in the Birmingham Area and wish to meet up for the day to relax and chill out

Sunday:

This will be the X-mas Event including the Meal - Snowdome and Bowling (details are further back in the thread and posted by Chris)

You want some convoy pics then Kev? Since we have the day at our own devices maybe we could go a do a creative photoshoot... i'm sure we can all come up with some good ideas.

At the end of the day Saturday is for you guys to do what ever you want... The team will take care of Sunday... no stress there... it's going to be a really relaxed, calm and enjoyable day!
