I have seen a pic in my works Mag that i recon i could reproduce using our cars.
It is darkish, so use a farely long exposure.
Three cars drive past the camera (on a tripod) with lights on, park outside the front of the venue with lights on them.
Stay absolutely still untill the shutter closes.
There is a little more to this pic that i hav'nt explained; and this involves the driver, some driver skill required.
Result......Awsome!!
We'll see.
