Evening,

I've decided that after a bad week (Some swines stealing my arial & breaking up with my gf) im in need of some cheering up and i've decided the car could do with some too.

Im thinking of an induction kit, only problem is, which one ?! I know alot of people have the K&N, what are your oppinions on this ? I used to have a Green Filter on my old Saxo which sounded stupidly loud, what noise does the K&N add ? Also, are there any noticable gains in acceleration ?

got a kn filter on mine can feel a small difference and better response!as for noise is not too loud except when ur pushing the car!otherwise is silence!

in my opinion the K&N gives out a nice note when at about 4000rpm and counting!

as for performance...a little difference but not much!

depends how much your lookin to spend! you can buy cheap universal filters which make your car sound very loud but do absolutely nothing. The K&N 57i is the most popular because its within everyones price range and adds a little throttle reponse as well as a louder rev.
