Hello everyone,

Just found on my digital screen where it tells you how many miles, how much fuel you got left etc....that the words are fading away. There is black lines then there is lighter lines.

Was wondering if anyone has or had this problem, is it maybe due to the cold weather but I store my car in an garage every night.

Any information or help on this will be great!

Hope everyone having a good evening...

Paul

I have had that in the past when it has been freezing cold outside. Almost like when you change to a different menu that it 'drags' to the next one.
It has only ever happened to me in the freezing cold and does go away when the car warms up.

I was thinking that it may be due to the weather but like I said the car is in a garage and it is never cold. What I do is, next time I drive and after getting the car warmed up I see if there is an improvement...if not like Iceman said take it to ford.

Thanks for the advice guys.

think with it being lcd the liquid crystal sometime groups together when cold then when you use it its brighter and darker is some places just till it warms up , it used to happen on lcd tele's when they first came out.
should not be anything to worry about but if you are worried then take it down to your dealer
