Just got back from hospital as i dislocated my knee quite badly today at football. Doctors orders is no driving for at least 3weeks poor ST going to have to sit in garage dam it !

cheers for the support guys, progress is going well so hopefully i will be off crutches end of this week and then maybe driving the week after which is a lot better than previously anticipated
