help i have bought a new bumper for my fiesta after a small crash and to keep costs down i need to fit it myself and also my passenger wing too any ideas how?

what fiesta have you got? i had a mk3 fiesta and put escort mk4 xr3i bumper on the front which was tricky! quite a bit of cutting filling sanding etc but it looked pretty good!

i wish i had pics of it! it was about 8 years ago when i had it. only pics i have of any of my previous cars are of my and the 52 reg 2L mondeo i had 3 years ago!
