Hi all, just got an ST last week, Thursday in fact... Lovin it!

Anyway, I'll try and keep it brief.

Girlfriend was driving it last night, and today when I got in, the voice control for the stereo and phone has gone. When I press the button on the stereo with a picture of a phone on it, the stereo goes into mute. No bluetooth. Also, when I press the "Mode" button on the remote control, it flicks through the station presets and the womans voice no longer comes on. I dont have a manual for it and I think I've tried everything in the menu. Does anyone have any idea what I should do? This stereo was replaced only a few months ago by the previous owner so it still has warranty.
Car is 2006 facelift.

You may have turned bluetooth off.
It's is the advanced menu on the radio settings, press and hold menu button and select BT on

And if you have not turned it off it may have crashed mine did this a couple of times and had to be reset by unpluging the Bluetooth module behind the glovebox. The 3rd time it packed it no amount of resetting would fix it and Ford had to change the module and reflash my GEM module too.

BT is ON, and when I press the phone button on the rado, its still just putting it into mute...

Its as if the whole voice module has disappeared..

Get it checked out then, sounds knackered

wot womens voice i dont get anyone talking , how do you get them to talk lol
