Hello guys and girls,

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I've just purchased an '06 Fiesta ST in Performance Blue and can't wait to collect her (hopefully this weekend).

Also thanks to those that have taken time explaining the differences to others looking for a ST as I've found reading them really helpful.

Pics will follow ASAP.

Thanks for the welcome.

I do have a quick question, how do I tell if the car has ESP, is there any way to tell just by looking at it?

The easiest way to tell is that if ESP is fitted then there will be a button on the top left above the stereo (plus a blank button) - this button is used to turn off ESP if you want to. If ESP isn't fitted then instead a button then you'll get this coin holder there instead:

The car is listed as having ESP in the advert but its not fitted. Oh well, doesn't bother me.

Hi tony welcome to the site! Hope you get your ST this weekend

Whilst it doesn't bother you, not having ESP, they have advertised it with it, so I would enquire with them why it isn't on there and negotiate a bit of discount. If they won't budge, see their manager, they will do you some sort of deal or they risk losing the sale! It is a £350 option so I strongly suggest you get some compensation for it! Good luck!
