Integrated Diagnositc Tool, you know the computer that talks to the one in the car to reset things and find out what's wrong with it.

Woooo! slow down, if your talking about that kind of tool, we use them where i work, and costs are in their £ thousands.

if you got facelift you can find out all sorts from youe digital display if you put it into test mode. voltage, engine temp, mph in digital, loads more stuff i dont even know!

I know that's why I said at a reasonable cost, there are little companies bringing these things out all the time, for all the back-street garages who are becoming lost when it comes to modern day car electronics

Dreamscience can read and clear DTC codes, as well as data log all sorts of info.

Actually, you can do that to any fiesta from the Mark 5 onwards if it has any sort of digital display on its speedo. Used to it to my old Freestyle TDdI.
