Just been asked to go for a job interveiw at 3pm today
But ive got so much to include and add to my CV..Has anyone got any good tips on improving CV's

Hey, yeh.. KEEP it to a max of 2 pages and don't 'go on and on' in it. All it needs to be is a summary of :

Your name, dob and contact details
Then your education history
then your employment history
a section on your skills / other qualifications (i.e if u can do excel, powerpoint or other special computer programmes)
then a section on your interests
then a section detailing your referees - normally either old employers or teachers - that sorta thing.

thats about it.

I'll add to what Chris has said. Just summarise your experience etc on your CV. You can always go into more detail when you are sat in the interview. Nothing worse than including all details and then not being able to expand on them when you are there. Good Luck and always remember to make good eye contact.

Thanx for the help Guys..Its been a right rush!
I enquired about the job this morning and they said come down for an interveiw at 3pmwith your cv..I thought to myself, major work to be done on it first lol, its not been updated since Year 11!!
They then called me again and said i could go before 3pm, so i finished my cv and went down..
..I think it went well, the Manager is away on holiday at the moment, but the senior has offered me the job just got to clear it with the manager when he's back!
Its nothing amazing but better than my current part time job!
So fingers crossed

A girl i grew up with works there aswell,we're good friends so that should be a laugh and it doesnt sound a stressful job either
At the moment with my current job, im on contracted to work every other saturday which is Pants so fingers crossed this will be better

sod weekend working that is pants.
its always good to work with people who r a laugh otherwise its a (oh no actually I wont swear! lol) - its really boring and a chore!

Don't rub it in, some of us have to work shifts round here !!
