hey all bought a k&n 57i , now when i fit it can i put an extra pipe leading from my front bumper to the top of where the induction kit will be to get more cold air

Oh no no no my cold air feeds. My K&N went on within days of buying it over 2 years ago lol Couldnt be knackered fiddling with the cold air feeds

Yes mate, not sure where you got it from but most places supply cold air feeds in the kit. I fitted mine and it wasnt really that much of a fiddle, im not sure how much cold air it actually does get up there but i imagine at high speed it may be quite alot!

quality place bought 2 days ago got it this afternoon

I streched the feeds, then threaded them through wherever i could get. I drilled holes in the both at the bottom and connected together with a cable tie (as in instructions. Then i looped another tie through this which i put through the front grill (hardest part, i used some long nosed pliers to pull the tie through from the front.)Then i pulled the feeds as close to the lower front grill as poss and tightened down the tie.
After this i did the same with the top ones ie drilling and connecting um, then with another tie connected them to a pipe thats near the cone. They about 2-3 inch away from the cone.

fitted today was a littlw tricky but soon got hang of it

wow its awesome such a nice sound and def more esponsive lower in the revs best mod so far evan though its the only one lol

no mate think most ppl fitted k&n57i very popular induction kit on here been told it works well with the fiesta st

what is best induction kit to put in fiesta st and do u need to remap after u put induction kit in???
with old car airfilter caused ecu to burn out so the garage said because dint get a remap or somethink

can anyone help ?
