Hey guys,

I'm a bit curious about certain interior 'hop-ups' that are available for the Fiesta ST. So far I've bought a leather gear gaiter, ST tax-disk holder, red interior light, and red trim ST mats, and, erm...I think that's about it.

Personally, I think that the general use of cheap looking plastic in the Fiesta ST really lets it down and I'm trying my best to make the interior look a little bit more 'quality'. I'd really like to buy a leather cover for the hand-brake, but it doesn't look like there are any leather covers available...is this the case?
TeamTorque do a hand-brake with a silver insert on it, but for what it costs (£50 for a little bit of silver being the only difference), what's the point?

Any suggestions for improving the interior appearance would be much appreciated. Thanks!

A leather handbrake cover you can buy a fairly good one off ebay if i remember correctly. There are many things you can do inside your car to make it a little better quality. You can add a few vinyls here and there and also if you wanted to spend some time and money, colour code the plastic with the body colour of your car. Seen a guy on here do it and it looked really good.

You can also change the interior bulbs to a different colour, like blue, so when you hit the remote at night the whole of your interior looks wicked .

I've changed the interior light to a blue one, here's a picture of it:

Or you could go full out and put discreat diodes inside and make it light up 7 different colours, or flash between them, or fade slowly

Heres some pics:

I also have the center reading light changed to blue like Chris' picture. The bottom blue glow is from a 4 button power controller for all my in car gadgets

Indeed looks good. I'll have to get some pics taken some time of my new internal lights also.

As Chris said... I got them from IKEA...

They are linked into an ac/dc power converter (which is very useful anyway as you can plug lots of things into it when needed).

I have them linked to the switch that is under my dash so I can control them... there is also another switch which is hidden down the centre console that enables me to change the colours and settings.

I have 4 lights in the car... 2 on the C pillar and 2 on the B pillar... you would never notice them unless i told you... or I turned them on at night.

The main reason I got them is because the boot light is useless and I have a fridge in the way anyway. When i open my boot, the lights on the C pillar shine into my boot and light it up, as well as lighting the entire car up... I switch them onto the "white" setting... they are very good!!!
