RIGHT... after ringing around for an ECU Remap I was told I would notice Bluefin more and that I would be looking at +8bhp etc

Can anyone give me more info on Bluefin for my ST?

Can I use it again? on other ST's? or just my own?

Thanks

Superchips quote £300 for (up to) a 10bhp and 10lb/ft power increase.

It's a simple plug-and-play operation, takes about 15-20 minutes all in, totally DIY. You can only use it on your car, and if you ever want to use it on another car for any reason you need it reset by the manufacturer. This usually costs a bomb, but can be discounted or free if you have a legit reason for having it reset.

Hope that helps!

I've not used one for the ST so can't say what practical difference it makes to that car, but I have one on my Focus RS and it's great (has a turbo though, so the power increase is a lot more.)

To be honest the Bluefin is not very noticable at all, go for the Dreamscience handheld unit much much better and can be used on up to five different fords (once the previouse car as been set back to stock). Ive tried both and the Dreamscience is the way to go.

dreamscience gave me 18bhp on a standard ST with a Induction kit all proved on the rollers....Superchips tend to lets say exagerate there claims, and yes I was bitten once on a Racing Puma they used my FRP to map there Bluefin, they had it for two weeks and gave me a printout of 170bhp it felt no different, so I took it to a independant rolling road and found it only had 150bhp, so if anybody see's 20 horses running around the Buckingham area there mine lol.

Dreamscience is the only way to go on a standard to slightly modified Ford full stop....
