Bonjour people - thought I'd finally join up to the forum, you sound like a friendly enough bunch Been toying with the idea of buying an ST for a month or so now - and I think I'm gonna finally commit to it Looks a great motor and lots of fun!

I'm really liking the Panther Black, but I doubt I'll keep it standard! Already have a sort of idea in my mind as to what I wanna do to it - so it's gonna be pretty exciting stuff! Friend of mine used to own a Fiesta RS which had a block in it that could produce 300bhp. However, I don't think he got to Stage 3 of the conversion, so it was limited at something like 220bhp (I think) Loved the Fiesta since being in that car, so I know he'll enjoy helping out on my ST too! (he's got a Porsche these days)

Anyway, thought I'd say ello to you lot! You got some great cars on here, to everyone for their hard work.

Thanks for taking the time to sign up and post the thread. It's always nice to hear new thoughts on the car and why they are interested in it.

As iceman says, you won't be disappointed. They are great cars... once you get used to the high driving position you will definitely start to feel the benefits of having a nimble and precise car that will put a smile on your face

Yeah I've been doing a bit of reading up on the ST's - and everyone raves about the nice tight handling I've seen a few out and about, and they do look the business too! Will be nice to finally let me toes av a bit of fun with um Hopefully in a year or so, I'll have something which will look half decent compared to the top quality motors I've seen on here. I know I'm gonna have fun getting to know the motor, and also asking you guys for tips/hints/suggestions!! I just need to go and buy one now lol
