Had my first service the other day.

£130 for the service.

Also needed three new tyres and tracking & balance.

A screw in one, and un-even wear on the front two.

I made them show me the tyres before they changed them and they were bald on the inside.

However, when the guy did the tracking, he said it was well within the limits. So he booked me in for a months time to check the tyres and tracking again for nowt.

£430 all in.

Roll on pay day.

Has anyone else suffered this before?

£300 for three tyres and tracking is a bit pricey!

It is quite a lot there. When my tyres needed changing I got Toyo Proxes, which are pretty good ones, put on and it cost £66.50 each including fitting. I know that dealers are likely to charge more, but that still sounds a lot to pay!

ford told me i needed 4! new tires but i thought they dont look that bad, so i took the car to Harris brothers(as ford want £110 per corner and harris btothers were £68 for P-Zero Nero fitted) to get new tires and they said the front probably could do with a change, but the back ones are fine! glad i didnt get my tires with Ford because it would av cost an arm and a leg!!! lol

i love my car but Ford are taking the p**s.....

Ford had a go at me about my tyres too, at my second-year service in January. They tried flogging me cheap-brand tyres for £60 each, which was a total rip-off. I've held out until now and I'm getting the fronts changed either tomorrow or Monday. I'm getting the same tyres that are on there now...AVON ZZ3 tyres.
