hi fellas long time no type!
ok some c**t knocked my car while i was parked outside work the other day.
the bump doesnt look too bad but theres deffo a bigger gap at one side of bonnet than the other. before i knew it had happened i thought my front end was feeling a little bit light and slidey (does that bit make sense?)
well what i want to know is is it likeley to be sommat to do with the axle or just my wheel alligment? im probs worryin about nowt but thought id better be safe than sorry.

check your track rod mate, i hit a massive kerb like a few days after i first bought my car and i had bent my track rod and it was causing a similar problem that you describe. I got my mate whos a mechanic to bend it back straight again BUT a company will not to this for you as they could be liable if you were to have a serious accident caused by this fault. I would recommend getting it replaced which shouldn't cost you too much if you know where to go. Keep us updated.

This is what garages adjust when you take a car into a garage for tracking the wheels.
