Took our ST in for its first service yesterday and then realised I'd forgotton me wallet! Salesman lent me his semi-auto Smart so I could go home and get it while the ST was being done. What a nifty little motor! The auto/semi box took a bit of getting used to, but it was great fun. Could do with a 2 litre engine though...

if that car was having a 2l engine it would be very fast! but not sure of the handling

I think it would be scary if it had a 2l engine. If you pushed it to it's limits I think it could well tip over going round corners!!

I agree... 2L engine in a smart... I wouldn't be passenger I tell you that much!!!

I drove Smart cc's for nearly 6 year's they are great fun.
the first one i had was a left hand drive, had that for 2 years.
then bought a brand new middle of the range (pulse) with most of the extra's.
de-badged it, tinted the window's to limo tint all-round
had it re-maped whick took it to 83-BHP and it went like stink
never did put it on a rolling road to find out top-speed,
i just know it went passed the H on MPH
