7th June and my performance blue ST arrived on the back of a trailer outside my house. I have only been waiting since 14th March for delivery! The car gets unloaded only for me to find a scratch just behind the drivers doors on the rear panel Think that the delivery driver was more pissed off than me and rapidly got to work with some polish and a cloth to vanish the scratch into thin air

Took it out for a play last night and im well impressed with it, the way it corners is unbelieiveable, however i did manage to get a good slide out of a roundabout from it, but it was so controlable i didnt ever feel like i could of lost it at any point. Does anyone else have a rattle from the hydraulic valve compensators when they first start up for 1 - 2 seconds?? Have found this happens quite often, might need to get it looked at?

How do i get pictures onto here, as i have had a go and cant seem to do any good. Some help would be appreciated!

Respect to the its awesome

Glad to here you finally got your ST, Greasemonkey. I bet you're loving every minute in it, I certainly did when I picked mine up. Can't say I've noticed any rattles when I start mine up, all I noticed was that it sounds like a diesel from cold, but when it warms up its fine.

As for posting pictures, you need to upload them from your PC to an image hosting site. I use www.photobucket.com. You need to register for an account but its all free and is fairly reliable. Once you've done that, the site will then provide an image URL for each of the pictures (it'll begin with ), all you do is copy and paste the URL into your post and hey presto, pictures should appear.

Nice one. Hope you enjoy it. I ordered mid April and mine is now due the beginning of July.

By the time it arrives I'll be pissing my pants with a selection of cd's to play when I'm taking it out for never ending drives.

I have got some coppied and some originals in mine at the moment, seems to be ok? What happens when it gors wrong?
Still going out for drives in the car for no apparent reason, and parking in the pub car park where you can see it from the garden or window Im sure it getting faster and faster each time i go out in it. Did everyone run there engine in or have some of you not bothered? I would like to run it in but am finding it very difficult not to floor it everywhere i go. Its just impossible to drive sensibly.....i cant help it!

Im still going out for pointless drives all the time and I just find it very hard to drive slowly. I kept mine under 4k revs for the first 500 miles and then i started taking her up to 5k. now she is on 800 miles and i have started taking her up to 6k which she seems to like!

But as you said, it is very hard not to floor it! the noise it makes after 4k revs it just awesome!!

Have done just over 200 miles now and have got 3 bars left on the fuel gauge, so not too bad for the first tank i dont think, it has had some hammer as well so that wont of helped much! Just ordered a front grill badge, colour coded washer jets and aerial base from torquesteer. I love my

Oh I'm looking forward to those pointless, late night drives into the country with the music playing and the quiet confidence from knowing I've got myself a little hot hatch.
