Hi i just got of the phone to fords and been quoted a ford fiesta st in frozen white with blue stripes and full leather tech pack vis pack blue tooth and sony head unit for just over £12 grand.

is this a good price? please be honest.

Yes indeed, great price.
Not sure about full leather though. It looks great but not being heated you are -

A) Going to burn your ar$e/back off in the Summer
B) Freeze to death in the Winter.

That's through experience. I wouldn't have leather unless they were those posh BMW/Mercedes ones that are Air conditioned AND heated.

the full leather seats are definitely heated.

from my own experience with the seats in my ST, i have never had a problem with sweating loads. in the winter they are grrrreeeeat for warming you up first thing in the morning!

A guide price for haggling is around £10,700 for a standard car at the moment according to the price guides.

I paid just over £11k for mine with the same spec (white, full stripes, bluetooth etc) bar the full leather as it seemed to expensive for what it is, plus i like the standard seats. I didn't give the chap much room to manuover, i simply told him the online quote and said match it or ill order online. We weighed it all up and it was within £100 so i went with the dealer. That was a year ago now so I would have thought you would get it a tad cheaper as its the out going model.

The price you have doesn't seem bad at all though with the leather seats, maybe there is room to squeeze another couple of hundred off Try getting an online quote for comparison/bargaining.

i love my leather seats...cant beat a bit of leateher on u hide! lovely and war with the heater on and no real issue with sweating in summers tbh.......good price u have there go for it

You only sweat/freeze on Leather seats when they're not leather seats!!

Many a BMW or old Rover owner will complain!
