I have recently bought a new Fiesta XR4 (ST to you guys), and love it, thought I'd post up a couple of pics, hope you all like.

Thanks for the nice welcome all, pleasure to be here. Quote:

I think the XR4 over here comes with all the extras installed as standard apart from the full leather seats, and the heated seats are definately not required over here.
NZ was nice when I was there, a lot more "English" than West Coast Australia is which in turn is pretty "Americanised", particularly Brisbane and the Gold Coast, for anyone from the UK I think NZ could possibly be easier to settle in and more familiar to them than West Coast Oz would be, I understand Adelaide, Melbourne and Tasmania to the South of the Country are very "English Like" as well though and Perth on the West Coast has more people from the UK than anywhere else in Australia.
NZ only has a population of 3 million people of which half live in the one spot, Auckland. Because of this most of the work of course is to be had in Auckland which fortunately is quite a nice city, the people are generally friendly, the lifestyle is fairly "laid back" and "easy going" and the climate is pretty moderate comparative to the UK.
Auckland is fairly expensive though, houses in good suburbs dont come cheap and unless you can afford it you may find yourself in one of the "less desirable" areas of which their are quite a few in Auckland, these areas tend to have very high crime and violence related incidents, there's a lot of gang related problems in NZ, predominantly in Auckland.
Not so many years ago I believe Auckland was the 3rd most violent city in the Western World per capita after Washington and Detroit, you wont of course find these sort of details in any of the glossy brochures trying to sell NZ as this "sleepy little innocent place".
Whatever you decide I would strongly recommend taking a holiday first and having a good look around for yourself, it's a huge ordeal to sell everything up only to find it's not for you once you arrive there to start all over again. Good Luck, and if I can be of any further help please dont hesitate to PM me, Rob.
