how much would be fair price to ask for a ford escort 1.4 1998 5 door blue well looked after new brakes clutch full service (no tax or mot) as i need to sell because of moving house:( any idears

just had a look on autotrader and some muppet is trying to sell one for £1795

well my dad got £795 part ex for a 1.3 encore N plate two year ago but I think it had T&T. I think ~£400.

with no mot or tax unless it looks immaculate I doubt a private buyer would give more than a few pounds. If there' isn't much wrong with it get 12 months mot on it, you should get £500 easy then.

so ya thinking without mot n tax £200 to £300 thats good coz i got it 4 £150 :P cheers all
